In an effort to make the dance comfortable and safe for everyone
1. Everyone must check in upon arrival.
2. This is a chaperoned event. Attendees agree to respect the authority of all chaperones and adult supervisors.
3. Attendees will stay within the physical boundaries set for the event and not venture into areas designated as off limits.
4. Dancing must remain clean and appropriate. Suggestive or dangerous dancing will not be permitted.
5. Absolutely no tobacco, alcohol, weapons, or drugs of any nature are permitted at the dance.
6. By allowing your teen to attend this event, parents agree to hold harmless the Cedar City Children's Musical Theater, and those who are putting on the event.
7. Parents providing transportation for attendees are responsible to arrive by the scheduled end time of 11:00pm.
8. Mature behavior is expected. If a student is asked to leave the dance by a chaperone, a parent will be called. No refunds will be issued.

Purchase of a ticket constitutes your agreement to abide by all Dress Code and Conduct Guidelines.
You can make this prom a wonderful time for everyone so please help us avoid embarrassing moments by reading and following the dress code and conduct information.
