2018 Registration
Each Attendee is required to fill out this Registration Form.
After you fill out this form, we will email you an invoice. Depending on what payment choice is made, different instructions will be sent.
• Cash or Check: We will send you an address to mail the money to with an expected payment date. You are welcome to set up a time to bring the money to us in person.
• Paypal: We will send you an invoice that will be linked to our account. Follow the instructions.
Once you have made financial arrangements and your registration is complete, we will then add your name to our Prom Attendee List.
Please make sure you have read and understand what our expectations are for this event.
We are only taking pre-payments for this event. There will be no ticket sales at the door. So share with your other homeschool friends!
